Strange Bedfellows in Las Vegas.....
The Tropicana Hotel Casino posted a memo on their employee's bulletin board: "$25.00 bounty for each and every living bedbug captured. " according to the Las Vegas Review Journal. What happens here stays here. Guests are encouraged to contact the front desk at night should they find any of these strangers in bed with them.
THE ELLUSIVE BOTTOM
Buyers were waiting it out for the 'bottom' in the Las Vegas Real Estate market. Recently, listing agents and buyer agents have reported multiple offers on some homes that are for sale. Even new homes are seeing a recovery. BLOOMBERG NEWS printed that stocks hit a six month high following lower prices and the lowest interest rates in a few years. One could say that we do not know where the bottom is until we sense a recovery. Even the automobile service industry and preventive maintenance facilities (competing with dealers) are doing more warranty service on newer vehicles. Once again Las Vegas leads a recovery in the national economy. The LAS VEGAS STRIP is also seeing increased activity.
