2004 median prices AGAIN & never again

Now that the media has caused a panic that then caused a stagnant real estate market, the Las Vegas Review-Journal has reported that in the years ahead many of you will look back on spring of 2008 and say "remember the prices of 2008?"

Note that the Greater Las Vegas Association of REALTORS is showing the most popular prices of homes sold in the range of $250,ooo and $299,000.
