When the Las Vegas Review Journal Editorial claimed that we are now again at 2004 prices, I knew it was time to put the word out that now is the time to buy in Las Vegas. The editorial even stated that we surely will see the day when folks will say: "Remember the good old days and the prices of April and May of 2008?"

A look at the sales charts shows that we clearly are leading the way, again, in the economy and the real estate market.
